The goal of WP0 is to ensure that the overall objectives of the XInternet will be achieved within the foreseen time and budget.

Task 0.1: Project Management, integration, and collaboration [UNINA]
The coordination and integration between UNINA and POLITO RUs will ensure an efficient decision process and a flexible coordination of the project activities, provide full and timely compliance with MUR administrative and reporting requirements, as well as a prompt management of risks and unforeseen events. Therefore, the specific aims of WP0 will be:

• A rapid and effective decision-making process on technical and organizational issues;
• An efficient administration of XInternet and a continuous monitoring of its achievements;
• A goal-oriented supervision of the project dissemination and exploitation activities.

Task 0.2: Project Exploitation and Dissemination [POLITO, UNINA]
This Task, also according to the description of Sec. 2.D, has the following main objectives:

• Provide visibility and acceptance of the project results (white papers, publications, participation in conferences, workshops, and panels, organization of events);
• Organize training events and industrial meetings;
• Promote exploitation of project results across partners and stakeholders.
